Passionate About Inspiring Others

Drawing on a 20+ year career serving in the Military and Business World, to include the U.S. Air Force, Hewlett Packard Inc., TC Energy, Cornerstone Building Brands, and owning and operating multiple small businesses, I've turned my attention to helping fellow small business owners and those looking to start their own businesses.

My passion is to watch and help other business owners thrive in an environment that is designed to be stacked against them. I know how to cut through the barriers of ownership, sales generation, marketing and much more. If you are tired of struggling through your day-to-day operations, I can help you develop a strategy that propels you forward and to get out of those daily struggles.

I'm a high charging Executive, driven to provide results for Clients and all Business Stakeholders, with a stellar record of analyzing processes and integrating continuous improvement initiatives, including deployment of technological solutions. Excelling at planning and directing execution of daily operations while maintaining strict compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs).

With an entrepreneurial mindset, I'm able to see and develop strategies that help companies grow and move into the future, no matter what stage they are in. Additionally, I serve on the Board of Directors for The Journey Home, a Non-Profit organization that helps at-risk and homeless veterans obtain financial, mental, and housing freedom. I'm currently the Treasurer and have also led the Strategy Committee as it’s chair. I've been instrumental in leading the national growth efforts within this great organization.

Furthermore, my capability to collaborate with C-Suite Executives, cross-functional teams, and external / internal partners to drive operational effectiveness is second to none!

I'm also known for leading / mentoring employees, and managing large projects within scope and timelines.

My strong history of success is directly related to working in Logistics/Supply Chain Operations, Marketing, Accounting, Project Management and more. All within the Military, Information Technology, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing Sectors, and currently the Architecture/Design space. My advanced communication, critical-thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills would definitely benefit any organization at any level.
